Street-View.io is a free, browser-based platform that allows users to explore street-level imagery from around the world in 360° panoramic views. The Site provides tools to search for locations, navigate through street views, and share or embed views.

The imagery displayed on the Site is sourced from third-party providers, including open mapping communities such as Mapillary. We do not own or control the imagery and cannot guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability.

The Site may display advertisements to support its operations.

3. Use of the Site

Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may:

• Browse and explore street view imagery
• Search for locations
• Share links to specific views
• Embed views on your own website or blog using our embed feature, provided you maintain all attribution information

Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without our express written permission
• Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Site or collect data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks connected to the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or any systems or networks connected to the Site

• Collect or store personal information about other users without their consent
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site
• Attempt to reverse, remove, or circumvent any blurring, anonymization, or privacy protection applied to imagery
• Use any imagery, tools, or data from the Site to identify, track, or surveil any individual
• Attempt to re-identify any person whose face or identifying information has been blurred or removed

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Site and its original content (excluding third-party imagery), features, and functionality are owned by Street-View.io and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes the Site's design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics.

Third-Party Imagery

The street-level imagery displayed on the Site is sourced from third-party providers, primarily Mapillary and other open mapping communities.

Licensing: Mapillary imagery is made available under various licenses, including Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) and other terms specified by Mapillary. Attribution: We display attribution for imagery contributors as required by the applicable licenses. When you use our embed feature, you agree to maintain all attribution information as displayed.

Blurring and Privacy: Mapillary applies automated blurring to faces and license plates. You agree not to attempt to reverse, remove, or circumvent this blurring, nor to use any imagery to identify individuals.

No Ownership Claim: We do not claim ownership of third-party imagery. All rights remain with the original contributors and are subject to their respective licenses.

Your Use

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. You may share and embed views using the features provided on the Site, subject to these Terms and the requirement to maintain attribution.

5. User Content

If you submit any content to the Site (such as feedback, suggestions, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content and that the content does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Advertisements

The imagery displayed on the Site is provided by third parties and may be outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any imagery.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STREET-VIEW.IO, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR ACCESSING THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

• Any content you submit to the Site

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Street-View.io operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

13. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Street-View.io.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Street-View.io regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
